These terms are an agreement between you and EdgeXene LLC, Indiana, United States, for using TALEVYR WORLD at talevyr.com and world.talevyr.com. By using the site, you accept them.
Age
You must be 18 or older.
The stories
The stories are fiction for adults, with mature themes such as violence, crime, homelessness and illness. Nothing in them is legal, financial, medical or any other kind of advice.
Using the site
You may play for your own personal, non-commercial use. Don't copy, scrape, sell or republish the stories, art or code, and don't disrupt the site or try to break into it. EdgeXene LLC owns the site and everything on it, and these terms give you no other rights.
Price
Act 1 of every story is free. Paid plans are not offered yet; their terms will be posted here before they open.
No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and may change or stop at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, EdgeXene LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability to you is limited to $50.
Law and changes
Indiana law governs these terms, and any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Indiana. We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
